Although lack's reply in the Arbitration section is skirting the spirit of the plea agreement, it is not in violation of it.

"Lack will be prohibited from posting in the AAWC message boards for a period of one year. The exceptions are the "reschedule, tournament, and arbitration" sections. If he posts anywhere else or posts obscene topics in these areas, lack will be given a lifetime ban from posting in ANY of AAWC's forums."

The moderators of the sections can handle lack if he posts in a topic he should not. Just as Artisticten did this time.

Lack, your ability to post in the arb section is suposed to allow you to file an arb or defend yourself. It is not so you can post anything you please. Many in this club took offense to your views and would like to see you punished more severely.

The charges are dismissed.

AAWC vs Lack
2-16-2010

Greetings , the office of Advocate General would like to press charges on Lack for for the following rules infraction:
Violation of his probation
Evidence:

viewtopic.php?f=18&t=4484

Lack writes:
"caesar205, adml behaved exact the same way in our match too. So i found sollution and asked kurt to be witness in other Kremlin tournament game with adml. He agreed. When tournament director was in game, adml behaviour improved much. I suggest to ask tournament director for assistance and complette match. thank you"

In Closing:
He has nothing to do with the caesar vs adml case. He is not the plaintiff or the defendand and has not been called as a witness. This is a clear voilation of his plea agreement and probation.

Lack , You have 3 days to respond. You may choose any member of the cabinet as defense counsel. We at AAWC realize 3 days may not be enough to mount a defence so an extension may be requested through the Chief Justice.

Thanks,
Advocate General
